Davida Classic Helmet as Worn By Dr Who and Clara
The 11th Doctor Who, Matt Smith and his assistant Clara ( Jenna Louise Coleman) start the 50th Anniversary edition riding a Triumph and wearing the Davida Classic and Aviator Retro Pilots T1 goggles. First screened in 1963, Dr Who is a quintessentially British invention and so it’s highly fitting for the 50th Anniversary series to be filmed in and around famous London landmark locations and reinforce the heritage with two British motorcycling products that are Made in England, Triumph Motorcycles and Davida Helmets.
Dr Who and Clara The Bells of Saint John 50th Anniversary
The Bells of Saint John will be screened by the BBC 1 at 6.15pm on Easter weekend March 30th 2013. Matt Smith and Jenna are not the first Dr Who duo to ride motorcycles and wear Davida helmets, here’s the 10th Doctor, David Tennant and Billie Piper
